Not to be worn instead of Beaver/Cub/Scout uniform, but in addition to.

T shirts may be worn underneath Scout shirts, Beavers & Cubs need to wear uniform polo shirt.

Hoodies or jackets over the top to keep warm before the meets etc, Beavers & Cubs need to wear uniform jumpers.

Note only the adult range has the option to print a name on the back of items, with the exception of Explorers. This is to help keep the younger Beavers/Cubs & Scouts safe.
